Go to upokecenter.com and go to wondermail generator in mystery dungeon and get a joy seed in tiny woods floor one and keep doing that until your level 100 and get the tight belt so your belly never runs out and get a bunch of cool items and hms and tms for good moves and then get the friend bow to easily get the legendaries and get to the lecario rank by making escort missions on the first floor of purity forest
