Q1. What level does Kyogre have to reach before he learns another move?
Q2. What level does Latios and Latias have to reach before they learn another move?
Q3. How do I complete the mission where I have to Rescue Medicham from Wish Cave? I got to floor 33 with a lvl 3 Machamp, lvl 11 Cubone, lvl 7 Raichu plus Pokemon I recruited. I've been using my Joy Ribbon. Should I use my Joy Seeds?

1.and2.why don't you just keep using them and leveling them it might help or teach them new moves
3.joy seeds would be better.
