Thanks for all the people who has answered any of my questions, but here's more:
 1.Where do I find Chansey, Lapra, Eevee, Torchic(Combasken etc.), Jynx and Skitty? (I know where to find some of them but they can't join me)
 2.Where do I get the Lucario statue? Or do I get it at all because I got the Lucario Rank from one of Jirachi's wish.
 3.Where or when or do the Kanto starters learn Blastburn, Hydrocannon and Frenzyplant?
 4.Is Mew already on the floor or do you have to wait for it to come out from thin air?
 5.What does it do when you play the Music Box? It just shatters.

2.you should get it when you reach lucarion rank.
4.just keep going it wil pop up in front of you but sometime's it doesn't so be careful it transforms so you wont even notice it.

On the new game of pmmd you need max IQ befor level 72 then hit level 72
If you don't already know pmmd means Pokemon mystery dungeon

You can see Lapras on Far-off sea, Lapras will about Lv. 30, you have 20.00% to recruit Lapras, so... Good Luck!!!
