I got the rank after Gold, is there any stories going to happen before I reach the next rank? And I bought Southern Island but where do I find Latios and Latias? And where do I get the Pokemons that lives at Rainbow Peak and Final Island?

Ok, If that's all you've done, you have a lot to go my friend.
After Purchusing Southern Island and completeling the current story (ie recruting Kyoger, exploring some new dungeons) You will be wakened early in the morning to a 'thing' passing by. This 'thing' has stolen from the items store. Complete the missions. At the end you will requruit Latias and Latios garunteed.
As for Rainbow peak, Purchuse the friend area Sacred Field and complete solar cave and several other missions. Spinda will wonder into Pokemon Square injured. You will take care of him and he will give you the clear wing and the Firey field will become available to you. Conquer all of the followng dungeons and you will eventualy get to Mount farawy which is where Ho-oh resides.
