Need Help

Hey I have beten Detoxys 15 times and Groundon 46 times and it wont let me recruit them can some 1 please help me

EDIT: There are more lvl %'s but I onley remember the first and last...

Its all luck mate... There are things that can RAISE your luck tho
Let me give you some tips ^^

Last hit MUST be with your leader
Your leader Pokemon must be adjacent to the pokemon.
Have enough room - I usually ONLEY go with 1 Pokemon, but that might be harder... ( you can let the others suicide when you think you olmost killed your target :P :D )

RAISE YOUR % CHANCE
Friend bow Gives 10%
Your LEADERS lvl the higher the better

( I slighly remember this )
Below 30 is 0% extra
Above is 5%
90-100 is 24%

Also you should know a Pokemon has a base %
Example:

Your extra % is 0
Too recruit a mankey you have 15% to recruit a ekens you have 20%
THEN add 10% of friend bow if your leader wields it.
THEN add % of your lvl bonus :D
