Hi this is your friend usilly55 I am worndering if you can get lucario and if you can where and how and if you need lucarion rank I have than plz answer asap tanxs

I'm sorry to tell you this,but...you can't get Lucario in this game.all you get when you get Lucario rank is a statue of him for your base.

You cannot recruit Lucario anywhere in Red or Blue Rescue Team. The only thing that has to do with the 4th generation of Pokemon are the trophies.
