ANSWERS

Find TM Surf. Use it to get to Fiery Field. Beat it, go to lightning field, beat it, go to northwind field. Go through the newly unlocked dungeon of Mount Faraway. You will have to do it more than once to recruit Ho-oh. Onch Ho-oh is recruited, you unlock Western Cave where Mewtwo is.

Yes, He is in the game. First, you must recruit
Kyogre
Rayquaza
Groundon
Then it will show Charzard And Blastoise Walking in a cave, Then, what it looks like, the blow up. Then in The town square, Lombre, bellsprout and other Pokemon will be talking about the strongest pokemon.
Then charzard and blastiose come, injured..
Then you have access to Western cave 99floors
The only thing, is you have to go through the dungeon twice to recruit him

Srry for my last awnser, I forgot, haven't played in a while, you gotta recurit ho-oh, when spinda comes, he gives you a clear wing, bring it to all the legendary dogs, then you'll get the rainbow wing
Now you go to Mt.faraway
Then you get mewtwo

You find mewtwo in wish cave, the 99th floor. I know because I saw this video on youtube that shows where you get mewtwo. YOU DO NOT GET HIM IN WESTERN CAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You must go to mt.faraway recruit ho-oh but in order to do that you must get the rainbow wing from suicune
