I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND THE HM FLY FOR A WHILE NOW TO GET TO SKY TOWER AND GET A FRIWND AREA AND TO TRY AND RECRUIT RAYQUAZZA WHERE DO I FIND IT PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

You can find it in Wyvern Hill, on the 30F, you need to use a key to get it.
