Av got lucario rank but what does it do. It gave me a lucario statue and nothing else. IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT IT DOES PLZ PLZ TELL ME!!!

Once you get the Lucario Rank, all you get is the Lucario statue. That's all. It's basicly there for looks.
You can get Lucario I got him from ether Jirachi or repeatably doing Missions for the friend area Sky Blue Plains
