No there is not. At least that is what I am lead to believe. I doubt that they would have put lucario in this game before they even released a game, or even the TV show for the pokemon.

The only way Lucario is in the game is when you reach 15,000 Rescue Points. You get the rank called Lucario Rank.

Yes you have to reach lucario rank before you can get it. It appears after you catch Mew in the endless dungeon. But beware you have no items going in and no friends so be carefull,,
I suggest you get a higher level around L:89

No lucario isnt in that game.. he was a fourth gen and this game only has 1-3. You can however get the Lucario rank and a statue of him

yes lucario is in the game. after you reach lucario rank(15000 rescue pts) you get the statue and do a couple rescue missions and he will be in the pokemon square and you battle him be careful is very strong i suggest using a one-shot orb if you lose he takes all of your items in your toolbox and in your bank and you will be left with nothing if you win he joins your rescue team
