Can you explain how to reqruit Pokemon because I don't know

In order for you to be able to recruit a Pokemon you need to have the following things,

Best item to have is a Friend bow that your team leader is holding on to.
You must have the appropriate friend area. If you do not have the pokemons friend area that you want, you will not be able to have that Pokemon recruited. To find out the friend area's you can talk to wigglytuff in the Pokemon square to check for you, or you can google it, or you can look through the walkthrough pages for this game. Then you also need to be a high level. The higher the level you are the better they will want to join you. Though some Pokemon have a low recruitment rate, which means it is hard to get them on the team, so you have to keep battleing them over and over again. Good luck with getting the Pokemon you want.

In addition, Pokemon like kecleon, blastoise, feraligatr, and swampert will never join you if your not lv90+ with a friend bow. Even then expect it to take forever :/
