I have a few questions
1~how do I get dive again if I lose it.
2~what level is good to recruit the three bird pokemon.
3~what level is good to recruit Groudon.
4~what level is good to recruit Rayquaza.
5~ How and where do you find all of the legendary pokemon.

1) 10F Solar Cave, Keyed Chamber, Pokemon walk on water needed
2) Its base recruit rate is 30% so any time after you beat Rayquaza
3) Lv30+ with Friend Bow and Lv60+ w/o one is the minimum requirement. After beat Rayquaza. 4) Same as 3
The best level is Lv90+, but I think you do not need to know that.
5) Excluding those storyline legendary bosses as you have known about them

Jirachi: Wish Cave 99F (Lv1 dungeon)
Lati@s: Auto join after completing Northern Range and Pitfall Valley
