Hi all.

1)how do you get joy tower.
2)how do you get joyce tower.
3)How do you get mew.
4)how do you get mewtwo.

1/2) Joyous Tower is the place you mentioned. You have to possess Friend Area named Sky Blue Plains (obtain through mission, you should check Bulletin Board for mission with the reward of Friend Area) and cleared Pitfall Valley.
3) You must have Music Box, which is automatically formed from 3 parts of Regis, in your Toolbox. Mew may appear in Buried Relic from 36-98F. Mew can only be those which on the floor when you enter that floor or in a Monster House. So try to hunt down all those appear on that floor at the beginning with X-Ray Specs and check those Monster House.
4) In Western Cave 99F, second time onward. To get to that dungeon, you have to recruit Ho-oh first.
