How can I make a wish in wish cave. I recruited Jirachi and I have the wish stone, but why can't I make a wish after beating Jirachi. The wish stone is in my toolbox.

After you have beaten Jirachi you needed to say no if he askes to join.
Then he will ask you to do a wish so if you ever wanna make a wish you need to say farewell to jirachi and go to the wish cave again.
You have to decline it's offer to join your team to make a wish.
