Kyogre recruit

I have been trying for a week to recruit Kyogre, and so far nothing.
Does anyone have any tips???

I heard a friend bow (I think that is what they are called anyways) would help, but I don't know where to get one.

Kyogre is easy to recruit, it has a 50 percent chance of joining your team but it will turn to 60 percent if you have a Friend Bow. You can find one on Mt. Faraway on floor 30(you need a key to get in).The Friend Bow gives you 10 percent more than the regular recruiting rate

And also good to know you get a higher recruit rate for high lvl Pokemon so the best way is to get him with a lvl 90 - 100 pokemon

To cath kyoger use friend bow wonder mail code is
??7? ??(...)? 4??? F?? F4?6 k??? Use this code when you go to wondermail it will give you a quest do the quest and you're reward will b a friend bow, (warning:you can only use this wondermail code once, so don't lose it, works for blue or red,and if you do lose the bow you can always go to mt faraway but it's less work to use wondermail, ps even though you use friend bow ull have greater chanec but it wont garantee success,
