When you get your speed booster and you go to norfair at the bottom of the long drop ther is a place you can hit with your bomb it has a speed booster block but there is only one so you have to be in a morph ball how do you get through it?

First off you need to have the highjump/morph ball jump! Ok if it's the one I'm thinking of you have to go to the room to the right and run as far right in that room as you can without jumping. Next start runing to the left and shoot repeadedly. Keep runing untill you reach the first pillar in the background and then kneel without breaking your speed boost. Then quickly enter morph ball and jump and hold the left arrow button. You should make it through that small hole. This will take some times to master for it is a very difficult one to reach. Also when you enter that room behind the speed boosters if you hold down you will be able to keep your boost and then jump again and hold left. With enough practice you will go into a room that has a super missle tank. This is the earlyest missle tank I have ever found possable to get.
