There is this energy tank in Sector 6 that requires a master of Speed Boost and Shinespark, and screw attack.

The first thing you have to do to get to the room where the energy tank is to go to the hallway that you went through to kill B.O.X 2, use the screw attack to destroy the platform, run all the way back, until Speed Boost kicks in, go back to the other room, and then use the shinespark technique to the right, and you'll break a whole bunch of blocks open the hatch, and then you're in the room where the energy tank is.

That's where I get stuck, because I can't use the speed boost because there is no space to keep on running until the speed boost kicks in, so I can't get the energy tank, and if I go back, the big wall of Speed Boost blocks are blocking me, so the only way to get out of there is if I shut off the game. And then when I try to get that energy tank again, the same events occur.

So, I need help getting this energy tank, and please answer A.S.A.P!!!!!!!!!
