Question for Metriod Fusion

I'm in sector 5.

I have to Engage Serris. I just can't find him. I've found something that may be useful.

It's in the pump room or whatever at the end of the room there is a yellow thing I blew it up with my bombs but there is something that looks like orange arrows pointing left but it won't open or blow up.

Please help me ASAP!

The pump room cannot be accessed defeat Serris you must use a bomb in a certain room on a wall which is blocking your path then you use the speed boost to destroy the wall in the pump control room and lower th water level.

Those blocks are speed boost blocks (this is obtained after defeating serris). in order to engage serris you need to go to the highest save point on your map. There will be a block on the wall that can be destroyed by a missile or bomb. After you get in, follow the path, you will be led to serris.

Those are speed boost blocks. You get the speed booster after defeating Serris.
