How do you get to Serris? When it says

Ok I just got past that other boss and I need help to find the Serris, all the water is elecrified so I can't touch the water, how do I get to serris? I NEED HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ASAP PLZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!

You need to go to the left of the screen and go up some and head for the top but be warned serris is really hard I played through three times and had a whole lot of trouble with him.
