Does any one know how to beat circusman and colonel fast everytime I try I only get them at there regular forms

Ok, Colonel EX is located at the back-left corner of the upper area of underground2. CircusMan EX is located at a spot around the hole on the right side in CentralArea3. To beat them fast, use this strategy:

Counter ASAP with airshot then use DblPoint and SuprVulc. Thats it.

If you want to get their SP chips, here's another way to get them: if you can afford it, use the bugfrag trader in underground 2, it worked for me.
