Can anyone clarify what a program advance is any info will help appriciate it

A progrma advance are 3 chips chosen right at the sane time in the right order. For example If you pick Wavearm3 in the letters RST, you make the P.A Power Wave 3. Or if you use a megamchip like WideBlacde b, longblade 8 tehn Protoman B, you create the Program advance double hero. So it is basically three chips chosen the create a better stronger chip. Hope this helps.
