I want to battle falzar sp; I have all of the title screen icons except the the stary S for secret chips. Do I need to get it? I don't want to buy cybeast Greger.

I think you need to have it to battle Falzar Sp. Try finding somebody with Gregar to trade with. You might end up getting Gregar though. Sorry.
The best bet is to have a friend who already has gregar and beat all the navi's and got his mega completed to get the secret symbol that is the best bet but you would have to use link cables to trade that info.
Dude, you don't need all the secret chips. If you have all standard, mega, giga, and PAs, and have beaten ProtoManFZ (unlocked by completing all the requests) you can fight him where you fought the original Falzar. (Note: there is no real prize for beating FalzarSP, other than a bonus cinematic.)
