On my game, I've beaten all the guardians (undernet 1, undernet 2, one of the end areas, the crane comp, servercomp) before I battled them, they said something about an undernet door beyond. Can anyone tell me where it is? I've examined every panel in all the undernets, and I can't find it! I've heard on other sites that it opens to undernet 5 and 6, then the nebula area, but I can't find anything! Will somebody please help me?

Go to the back entrance at the Nebula base, but don't go in. Go left to the pipe and jack into it. Go through the portal thingy and keep walking on the patch and talk to the navi thing at the end of the path.
