For TomahawkMan,he is a wood element so I would try having lots of fire element chips in the folder. As for NumberMan,he is one of the easiest to defeat,just have a lot of close range attack chips.ShadowMan is one of the slickest navis in the entire mega man series so have a lot of chips that might have the effect to stun the enemy so when you get him trapped,use your strong attacks against him.I believe the last Omega to defeat is Colonel since there is 6 in all.Just use the same technique I mentioned for ShadowMan since Colonel does close combat attacks with his sword.After you take down all 6 Omega versions,an upgraded enemy a pain in the butt,Nebula Gray in his Alpha form will battle you again.Hoped I helped.
