Chip 29 GunDelS3 - This one is rare so you will need a lot of luck.Its in Undernet 1 through 4 in green mystery datas. Chip 91 CusVolt3 - You can find this at Nebula Area 6 green mystery datas,Liberation 9 bonus panels,and I think the order system around 5,500 zennys.

Chip 130 VDoll - You can obtain this chip the fastest by paying 22,000 zennys in Nebula Area 2 NetD,or use other methods by getting the BadFldr or the Order system.
