That is false chaosomega.The program advances is for Gate 7,the standard chips for Gate 5,and the mega chips is for Gate 3 while the phrase "Drive yourself to the absolute limit" is at Gate 4.It refers to your HP.You will need at least 900 HP without the assistance of the Navi Customizer so I would suggest looking for a walkthrough that contains all the HP Memory locations.
