Go to ACDC area 3 and go to the 4th square not the little square panels but square panels combind to make a bigger square. So go to the 4th one of these and talk to the navi near there and after that you press A on it's center or press A on the edge north

Go to where the Bonus pannel was on liberation mission on and searsh the erea
-Cutscene- you see a door get in
