I know how to get all of them

1.Talk to your dad when the net's blocked off.
2.Buy from a bugfragdealer in Undernet4.
3.Beat bass the first time for it.
4.Beat lasermanDS or ShademanDS for it.
5.S rank bassOMEGA for it.

The giga chips are called bug charge for Red Sun and bug curse for Blue Moon, which you get when you beat Laserman or Shademan and don't destroy the green mystery data on their side.

Then there is the Blue Moon Laser and the Meteor Red Sun, which you obtain when you talk to your dad in normal mode. There is also the signal red chip, for 100 bugfrags in undernet four for Blue Moon, as well as holy dream in Red Sun, which is also 100 bugfrags. There is the Bass chip for Red Sun, which are his burst cannons, eight hits on every panel, sixty damage per hit, and the Bass Anly chip for Blue Moon, which are his hells rolling wheels that do 160 damage per hit, four hits possible.

Lastly there are the Delta Ray Edge for Blue Moon which you get by S-ranking Bass SP in black earth 2, and the Black Barrier which you get the same way for red sun as you get for blue moon. An easier way to obtain these chips are by using collect when you fight Bass, because you'll have to get it then.
