You can only get FireSoul in hard mode.You can only get RollSoul in eagle tournament.You can only get ThunderSoul in RedSun tournament.

You just beat the person you get the unison from in one of the tournaments and it's not in any order like people say.

It's totally random for the order you get the souls in.
