To get the c-slider, you have to go to a part of the sharo area but you have to go through netfrica to get there. talk to the navi next to a rail and he will tell you about the slide master. then go to the other part of the sharo area and there will be a door but you have to pay 500 zenny to get through. talk to the orange navi inside and she will tell you about the parts you need. she'll explain everything.
