Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Red Sun

No one answered my question below but I still found those chips but have encoutered another problem. After fight through all the mirrors in Black Earth2 and defeating your dark soul, a light (that looks very similar to megaman) appears next to the mirror. When you examine it you get the program Hub Patch. Can someone tell me what it does and why megaman is glitched when it's used?
Also can you rate my new folder.(BTW I beat the bass you encounter randomly in BE2 with this folder)

Hub Batch gives you several programs such as Air Shoes, Mega Folder +1, etc. But causes an error of losing half of your HP. To eliminate this, if there is enough room, install Bug Stop. As for your folder, I'll say this much, it's better than mine on that game.

You're folder is, on a scale of 1 to 10, a 25. As for hub patch, I'm not quite there yet.
