Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Red Sun

I need help on the part of dex's little brother got kidnapped and you have to get all the number data I need to now how to get a bubblerR to get number data 4 I already got 1,2,3,and 5 but I can't find a bubbler.

You can buy bubblerR in a net shop... If you jack in from lan's pc, go a little further in acdc area right by that big square there is a net shop talk to the navi and you can buy bubblerR for 800 zenneys.

I don't know if this makes much of a difference but, I got my bubbler R from the chip trader at Higsby's.
