The navi escaped through ParkArea2. You need to get there, so talk to the official in Netopia, who will give you TownKyDt. Go to TownArea2, get to the lower level, and unlock the right door. In ParkArea4, follow the directions (the first time you can):

Left, Up (the arrows), Left, Up, Left, Up, On the right panel, Up, Left, and Up to Undernet1. However, the PMD there contains a WindRack A. In Undernet1, follow the path to Undernet2. Repeat, and you'll come to ParkArea1. The left branch leads to an AntiSwrd N. Follow the right path and confront the navi there.He'll be weakened, but summons an attack and engulfs MegaMan in it(Don't worry,that is suppose to happen in the game). The Transmator fails and the scenario continues. Hoped I helped,please rate.

Ignore that part,just take the path that you're on until you reached the end then head east if you want to get the humor program or go west then take the route just west of the ramp and it'll lead you to Park Area 2 then follow my instructions on my previous question.Hoped I helped.
