I am stuck on the part after lan beats that one navi at footbomb or what ever it was called. When the navi runs away and says he is going to a spacious area, where in cyberspace did he go?

The Navi ran to the Netfrica Area, in a yellow square outside the road to Sharo. Just enter from Netopia Area and work your way to the left. Hope this helps! Oh yeah, you'll have to play Footbomb again, somewhere else.
