Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon

Help I am at the part where you have to save protoman and I only have jetparts and boardparts but not the last one,wing parts someone PLEASE tell me how to get it and where!

First fly to netopia and jack in the statue in the hotel, then enter the netopia area and go to yumland area and follow the yellowish green path.

Almost at the end there is going to be a yellow turn take it, and find the bad navi hidng at the bottom of the white path (be sure to have like 5000 zennys)

Look in yum land and you should find a guy under the stairs I thinK.

It's under some thing so you can't see him.

By the way where's the jet part.
