Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon

Can you link up with MegaMan Battle Network 3: Blue??? Please answer because I have cool and rare chips on network 3 I wanted to trade with 4 also because I need chips to defeat Duo o_o

NO.
Megaman Battle Network 4 can only link with itself e.g.:You could link 2 Blue Moons',2 Red Suns', or 1 of each.
All the Battle Network games are therefore NOT reverse or forward compatible!
-Simple as that!

I think so, but if you have megaman Zero 3, then you can link those up to get a chip like the Z-Saber, it comes in handy when you need to cut in rar range
