Can somebody tell me where to put in the action replay codes and if the codes are for gameshark things

Go to acdc area 2 and go to the hyper navi then go to town area 2 at the bottom and there will be a navi hinding, then go to electopia and go up the stairs and jack in to the big tv, and in the right are the mettar. hope I helped
