Question for Mega Man Battle Network

I have beaten megaman battle network 3 times,
but I stil don't now how to get to pharaoman (if he is in this megeman).

Can somebody please tel me how to get to him and get his navi-chip??

And can you get magicmans navi-chip???

PharoMan is in Internet 13, but I think you need to be Level 70 to fight him.

To get to internet 13 I think there are 2 paths in area 10 where you can't escape any battles to go on, and MagicMan's Chip is easy to get, after beating the game.

(Which I see you've done 3 times....go to...I forget but its the challenge arena in the undernet where you have to stay out of like 7 battles...

He's past the WWW navi in a dead end, beat him and you get MagicMan M.
