I am wondering if someone could help me because I am really stuck!
I am trying to find the HooHoo blocks but I can not find them. The 2 guys said the blocks were on the top of the mountain but I can't find them there!!!

You do not actually have to find the hoohoo block at all. It should be in the Hammerhead Bros. House when Blabla-whatsit (the pteradactyle) takes you down after you beat the dragon dude that busts out of that egg.
Yes they are on the mountain examine the egg at the top.
It will hatch into a dragon you must fight.
When you beat it it turns out to be Prince Peasly who was trapped.
Blanablandon gives you the Hoohoo blocks shortly after.
