Question for Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga

I'm at Joke's End. I'm not sure what floor I'm on. It might be second or third. I'm at the part were you heat up the broth soup for the second time. I've done Mario's spin jump on it to make that tornado thing go up to the platform with the 4 candles on it.

But how do you get up there? The closed when MArio came out, I went to the place just opposite it, I tried using Luigi hitting Mario when I made him Drink the water, to put out the candles and open the door. That didn't work. May someone please be able to help me?

Dude,you don't need to go to the candles,all you have to do is make mario drink water,then use luigi's hammer to make mario spit a blob of water into the tornado,then the tornado will quadrupilate the blob of water into four blobs of water, which will put out all 4 candles and the door will open for you,if the door doesn't open then your game is messed up.

THis is tricky
Go to the part across from the candles, and have mario drink up. Then, position yourself in front of the tornado. Have luigi hit mario on the head with his hammer, and the water will hit the tornado, and spin out to the candles.
