<BR>I'm not sure how to unlock those extra tracks, would I have to get alot of coins for tournaments, cause i've got gold cup on everything from 50cc Mushroom Cup to 150cc special cup?

To unlock the extra tracks you must have completed a circuit for the second time or later after winning gold with at least 120 coins (about 30 a race on average), win the gold trophy, and be ranked at least C when you win.

Well if you're trying to unlock the other tracks you might want to try the ones you havent done. Getting a gold on the tracks unlocks all untill super then you can get 100cc and 150cc.

To unlock extra tracks you have to get 100 coins in the grand prix

You have to get 100 coins or more in a championship to unlock extra tracks. So if you get 25 coins in each race for a championship you will unlock the extra tracks.
