I have a few questions and I'm sorry if they have already been asked but..

1. I don't know what floor is that?
2.Yes,is possible but rare
3.A blessed tool, I think does not need to waste so much energy but a cursed tool is the opposite which means you need to use a large amount of energy. A cursed tool can become a blessed tool but i'm not quite sure how.....

1. The water if for when you get your fishing rod to a high enough level, level 7 I think you need, you will catch a giant fish. You need to get some special things, too, which I can't recall right now.
2. Yes, you can, it is really rare though.
3. You get the cursed tools in the winter mines. (I think it's only winter mines, at least) When you get them, in order to turn them into blessed tools, you must either get them blessed by Carter in the confessional, or use them 255 times, or have them equipped for 10 days straight. I can't remember which is for what tool, though. They are special, because without them, you can't access certain ares in the game, or accompliss certain tasks. Also, the blessed tools take almost no energy to use, and the cursed tools take lots of energy to use.

1. It's level 9 and you need a mythril fishing rod to get a king fish in it
2. Yes I've done it twice now
3. Mine levels 19 29 39 49 59 and 69 but you need to have all mythril tools to find them and they do bigger patches of land and don't use that much energy. But to make a cursed tool blessed you need to carry them around for one week or go to carter and get them blessed but that takes like a month.
