Well I got my first one I think at the end of spring (or something like that), then got another one in winter

How often do you check your mailbox?? You are damn sick! You're not qualified at all to give pieces of advice...

@harvest queen:
Have you played lotto? I.e. The result is quite random.. This event can be unlocked only after befriending Won. So after you do so, check your mailbox EVERYDAY!!! That's not quite hard to do.
