I've gotten a few years into the game, and now Gotz says he don't have that creative sense anymore ( or it's something along those lines). He won't build or sell me anything. What do I do to help him, or has he stopped for good?

He feels unappreciated so if you keep giving him presents, he should start working for you again after a while. I know he likes: Honey, and lumber from your woodbin,(DON'T give him unchopped pieces of wood, the branches. He doesn't like them.) Hope I've helped.
