1. Is there an easy way getting the vacation house?
The carpenter selling it for 100,000,000 for god sake!!! In where could I get that much!!(maybe robbing a bank).
2. How can I get the beach house without connecting to gamecube, I cannot actually connect to this stuff it's because I'm playing this game in my pc, but it's a gameboy format, I just kinda download it to play in pc. Ahm..you guys mentioned a cheat of getting the beach house, may I know it? Please.
3. Gamecube thing!!! Whats with this stuff? If I cannot able to connect into it? Is there an aspect that it will affects my game? I'm conscious with those stars that the goddess will rate you.
I hope you guys out there can help me with my problem, I'm getting bored playing the game with the same work everyday. (selling stuff, caring animals, talking to towns people) I'm sick of it!!! I want to have those cottages/house ^_^.

There are cheats for the vacation house and the beach house.

It's a codebreaker code so make sure you don't put it under gameshark codes.
As for the connection to Gamecube it isn't very important unless you want Van to come to your town.
