I got to the Docks of Kalay but it says I have to wait for the tourists before I can sail off on the ship. The Captains are talking about how they need strong fighters and I tried talking to them but they never say "Hey here's some warriors or anything so that I can go to the next step. WHAT DO I DO???????????

Go to Kalay and make sure you have a long talk with Hammet's wife. After that go to the Inn where the tourists are and talk with them. The leader should say that they're leaving soon. Then just leave Kalay and as you leave the tourists will leave for the docks.
