1- you get cid when you complete ALL 300 numbered missions, he joins then to help you with the judge missions
2- no ezel cannot learn and more than what is begun with
3-first you have to beat the game, then it should be in the pub titled' left behind" complete it then do the mission"with babus" then he will ask to join your party
4-for new missions you have to do certain things, like obtaining more clan turf, catches more beasts, training more clan members, or keep doing the completed missions for a while then new missions will come
1.Cid can be with you when you finish all 300 missions in the game.
2.Ezel can't learn more than the techniques he has.
3.First you should go to the pub and finish the mission {Left Behind} then a new mission should be there which is {With Babus}.
You will fight Babus there and if you win he joins the party.
4.You should train your members and train your monsters which you caught....etc.
Do anything like lvling up or anything else.
Hope I helped.
