Question for Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

All of the Viera in my clan seem to have lost a great deal of MPs. I hadn't noticed the decline until I was in the heat of battle, and suddenly had none left to use. What numbers were once in the triple digits are now in the 60's and 50's. What is the cause of this, and is it reversible?

Their job greatly affects their mp and hp for example a black mage has more mp than a soldier but less hp.I hope you understand well and I hope I help you.

Did they lose mp or mp caps? The only way to get a lower mp cap is to break laws. On the issue, classes do NOT affect your hp and mp. They affect your level ups for those stats, but they do not directly affect them. I could raise a black mage for 50 levels, and at level 50 turn him into a paladin. He will not have the stats of a paladin, but he will have the stats of a black mage with the gear and A-ability set of a paladin(albeit I doubt he would be suited for the job...)
