Question for Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

Ok, I need to kill babus for the second time or something when were at the totema place and he has like 200 and some odd health, but I can't do it!!! He uses a spell that does about 75 and never runs out!!! I have 200 health with my main character and this is my idea of what I should use to kill him
Helm: diamond helm
Armour: opal armour
Sword: buster or laglace sword
Shield: flame shield ( to protect from attacks )
Other: angel ring ( if I die brings me back to life with some health )

Tell me if I should change n e thing because it's the only mission I need 2 complete then I get a whole bunch of new missions

Keep running away from him and facing him each turn.
You may also want to turn Marche into a Fighter; Far Fist helps out alot with this fight.
Basically, heal whenever he attacks you, and if he doesn't attack you one turn, or misses, counter with Far Fist the next. Ignore killing off the Exodus until you've made Babus faint.

I think laglace sword should be fine.but I suggest you change your job into a fighter and get him learn backdraft(hurts a lot).If you still can't kill him, then I suggest you should just try to destroy the totema fruits and avoid him, equip your character with dash boots to run away from him and smash fruits along the way.Heal whenever needed.

O.k, babus is weak in his attacks, so if you have over 200+, will kill him, I just killed him for shits and giggles, but if you don't he gets annoying and will kill you in a matter of about 11 turns. But it's great exp. If you kill him. Thats all I want to add.

Or another way is to have marche use hardege, but he can't have a sheild. With the hardege marche attacks really big and that could help with this mission

Haha it is pretty simple wait for the law to for to target area then he is unable to do any of his harsh abilities. He can only do basic attacks like right now as I am playing he is just standing there haha
