How do you use law cards

During a battle when it is your turn you press b until you only see the area and characters then press start and choose the " Law Cards" option and you choose either a current law to cancel out or an empty slot to make a law (White=New Law)
(Black=anti-law)
When it's one of you're characters turns you exit the action screen and press start. It will give you a list of options and one of the options will be law cards. It wil highlight the ones you're allowed 2 use. Hope I helped.
P.S. You have to have gotten law cards from ezel already
It should pop up after pressing start, one of the many spaces should say law cards, thats where you can use them.
